Do You Take Insurance?

Yes and No.

VETERANS

We are In-Network with, and submit claims through Optum for the Veterans Administration Community Care Network, as our insurance care focuses on veterans.

Contact your doctor at Togus VA Hospital for more information on who qualifies and to get a referral. 

ALL OTHERS

All other patients with different insurance (Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Anthem Medicare Advantage, etc.) pay at time of service and will receive what they need to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Most insurance companies make it simple
to submit a claim online and pay promptly.
